With over 15 years in critical care operations and clinical program development, Thomas Preston oversees the systems that power Integration Health’s fast, reliable ECMO deployments. From staffing logistics to performance optimization, he brings a steady hand and operational clarity to every partnership — ensuring hospitals receive expert support, without delay or disruption.
Hayden Miller brings over a decade of frontline experience in cardiopulmonary bypass and ECLS support. A former respiratory therapist turned perfusionist, he has led in the OR, in transport, and at the state level — including as Chairman of the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Perfusionists. Since co-founding the company in 2014, he has trained more than 1,500 ECLS clinicians and continues to lead through education and clinical excellence.
Dr. John Mehall leads operational strategy at IEC with a rare blend of surgical expertise and business acumen. As a cardiac surgeon, healthcare entrepreneur, and systems innovator, he’s spent decades pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in patient care. For him, “Confidence Delivered” means building scalable programs that blend precision with compassion — and ensuring every hospital has the tools to save more lives.
John Martin leads sales, marketing, and investor strategy with a founder’s mindset and a deep belief in doing the right thing — on the field and in the office.
