With over 15 years in critical care operations and clinical program development, Thomas Preston oversees the systems that power Integration Health’s fast, reliable ECMO deployments. From staffing logistics to performance optimization, he brings a steady hand and operational clarity to every partnership — ensuring hospitals receive expert support, without delay or disruption.

Hayden Miller brings over a decade of frontline experience in cardiopulmonary bypass and ECLS support. A former respiratory therapist turned perfusionist, he has led in the OR, in transport, and at the state level — including as Chairman of the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Perfusionists. Since co-founding the company in 2014, he has trained more than 1,500 ECLS clinicians and continues to lead through education and clinical excellence.
A nationally recognized leader in cardiothoracic surgery and critical care innovation, Dr. Mehall oversees Integration Health’s clinical programs with a focus on quality, consistency, and long-term outcomes. His expertise guides every facet of care delivery — from bedside to boardroom.
